Program Description:
You’ve been working for awhile and now you want to step into management. The NLU Management degree program is designed for business professionals like you who are ready for that next step in your career and who want to assume managerial responsibilities. You can concentrate in general management, marketing or finance—and your past or current organization will become a living case study in the curriculum.
How You Will Learn:
Management is taught using a cohort model, which means you will go through the program with the same group of 12-20 students. NLU graduates like the cohort model because of the support and friendships provided by their fellow students throughout the program. This program is also available online—and can be taught where you work.

- How to understand how organizational dynamics impact the workplace.
- How to create and work with effective and collaborative teams.
- How to manage change and improve leadership skills.
- How to sharpen your quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Where You Can Take the Program:
Online and at NLU’s Illinois campuses in Chicago, Elgin, Lisle, Skokie (North Shore) and Wheeling and at the NLU Florida campus. On partnering military bases, and off campus in selected locations.
