A new version of Microsoft Office has been released and many of you may now be using it.  Please be aware that older versions of Office are not able to open files saved with the new version unless a compatibility pack has been installed.  It might be an idea for now to save any documents in the older style.  This can be accomplished easily in the save options when you are saving your file.  If you are having difficulty with any of this or would like to learn more, please call the National Louis Livetext Support team on (312) 261 3343.  Operators are available 6pm - 8pm, Sunday through Thursday.

If you are still using the old version of Office, in order to read documents that are produced in the new version, you will need to download and install, one time only, a special “compatibility pack”.  Below you will find links to the PC and Mac versions of this software.
