Work experience: Newspaper carrier, caddie, dishwasher, busboy, carpet cleaner, laborer, sandblaster, painter, foreman, water tank repair, field engineer (Project Manager, QA/QC Inspector, QA/QC Supervisor, technical writer, nondestructive examination), business owner (since 1984) as a technical writer and software trainer, currently documenting Clean Air Act supporting software and developing/delivering ISO 9000 seminars.

Teaching experience: College of DuPage, Nuclear Physics and Radiation Biology for Nuclear Medicine Technology cohort (two college quarters), Better Business Writing noncredit seminar, three continuing education seminars (2 hours each) for X-ray/nuclear medicine workers. Current focus: Making the ISO 9000 seminars a success. I and my two colleagues are currently in start-up for this, and learning a lot the hard way about marketing/sales.
