Instructions on how to print a copy of the 1098-T tax form

      If you did not receive a 1098-T tax form due to a change of address, or you have misplaced it, you can print a duplicate from your NLU student account. An e-mail account and Student Portal logon are created for each student upon the student’s initial registration with the University.  NLU has adopted the Portal as our primary and official communication method. Please be advised that NLU will not mail duplicate copies of the 1098-T tax form. To print your copy of the please follow the instructions below.

• Go to my.nl.edu
• Log-in into your student e-mail account
• • The user name is the first letter of the first name + the first 5 letters of the last name + the last four digits of the SSN. Example:  Mary Williams, SSN 123-45-6789 is mwilli6789.
  • The initial password is the same as the user name.   
  • Log-in instructions are also on the front page of the portal.
  • The OIT helpdesk (866-813-1177) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist students with log-in questions.
